THE HILLS AT BUFFALO CREEK The Hills at Buffalo Creek is the prestigious estate section of Buffalo Creek Golf Club Estates. The gated area consists of 28 exclusive home sites with very restrictive deed restrictions. The minimum home size is 5,000 square feet of living area. Most of the homes are in the 7,500 to 10,000 square foot range. Many of the estate homes feature guest houses, pool cabanas, and private gates. The price range of the homes is difficult to determine.
